United Auto Credit Corporation (UACC) was established in February 1996. UACC purchases primarily non-prime retail automobile sales contracts. The company is organized into a network of full service branch office that market to franchise and independent automobile dealers whose customers have limited or impaired credit histories and generally cannot obtain financing from traditional lenders.

United Auto Credit Corporation is a wholly owned subsidiary of United PanAm Financial Corporation (UPFC). Through its branches, the company can provide a high level of service to the dealers by providing consistent credit decisions, same-day funding and frequent management contact.
